Kiba Inuzuka is a Genin level Ninja in the Hidden Leaf Village who became romantically involved with Hinata Hyuga for a time. When Naruto Uzumaki returned from hiding and came back into Hinata's life, Kiba became jealous and decided to call Kakashi Hatake and have Naruto arrested.
